Shipping Information – Pöbel Sports Shop
Within Germany, posters, buttons, CDs, small items, shirts and other lightweight articles are shipped by DHL Kleinpaket depending on weight and size. The DHL Kleinpaket is limited to a maximum shipping weight of 1 kg.
Items weighing more than 1 kg and larger shipments, such as vinyl records or hoodies, are sent by DHL Paket.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and are shown in the shopping cart.

Delivery times within the EU are typically 4–10 working days, and worldwide approximately 4–20 working days, each calculated from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import charges apply for end consumers. We participate in the OSS procedure (One-Stop-Shop), meaning VAT on products and shipping costs is calculated and remitted at the applicable tax rate of the destination country.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, our prices are shown excluding German VAT. Depending on the destination country, additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT, handling fees or other import charges may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by us.

Smaller items such as posters, buttons, CDs (up to 2 copies) and other small articles are shipped via DHL Warenpost International. Hoodies, shirts, vinyl records and larger items are sent by DHL Paket International.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of your order and are shown before checkout.
In exceptional cases where the actual shipping costs significantly exceed the automatically calculated costs (e.g. due to size, weight or special shipping requirements), we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charges accordingly. In such cases we will contact you before dispatching your order.
Once your order has been confirmed, you are welcome to pick it up directly at our location and pay in cash on the spot. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer or PayPal is also possible – please contact us in advance to arrange this.
